30-Day Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@b5kgoods.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you step-by-step instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
